Restorative Dentistry
Dental Implants
Dental implants create an extremely secure foundation for a range of restorations. Made of titanium posts, implants are surgically implanted in the jaw bone. Once healing is complete, Drs. Nicholas Perry Orchard and Alejandro Vilamil, can restore implants with crowns, bridges, or dentures.
Dentures
Patients who are missing most or all of their teeth are often good candidates for dentures. To help renew our patients' smiles, we offer both full and partial dentures, as well as implant-supported restorations. Our doctors will recommend and customize a denture based on your unique goals and needs.
Dental Crowns and Bridges
After a tooth has been treated for damage or decay, a crown may be placed over the remaining structure to protect and strengthen the tooth. If there is a gap in your smile, a bridge can fill in the gap. The bridge can be anchored by dental implants, or by two adjacent dental crowns.
Same-day Crowns
Many dental practices require more than one trip to the dentist's office for the creation and placement of dental restorations. Our CEREC® technology streamlines this process and makes it possible for our dentists to offer same-day crowns, negating the need for a temporary or follow-up appointment.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
Customized to suit a patient's individual needs and goals, this comprehensive treatment plan combines two or more restorative procedures. Although the goal of a full mouth reconstruction is to restore comfort and function to a patient's smile, treatment often incorporates aesthetic enhancements.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is often used to treat inflammation or infection of the pulp, the soft inner core of the tooth. When the pulp becomes compromised, you may experience swelling, tooth pain, and sensitivity to heat and cold. Root canal therapy can help alleviate discomfort and save the tooth.
