From my very first visit to this wonderful group to this date the staff has always been consistently loving, caring and attentive to my dental needs. Several years ago I was looking for a second dental opinion and thank God I was referred to the VERY BEST by my supervisor. It became obvious that I was quite apprehensive and everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as they assessed my needs.
I knew from the very first visit, that I would never go to any other dental group! Every staff member has made me feel as if I am their only patient. During the past several years I received a variety of services and the quality has been superb - cleaning, checkups, crowns, Invisalign, etc. I am not the only one being treated as "family" - my husband and acquaintances have shared the same experiences. What this group offers is priceless and I'm totally indebted to each and every one of them for their loving kindness and their ability to dissipate my fears. At age 65 I have the healthiest teeth because of Doctors Robertson, Orchard, and their awesome, outstanding team.
Hi. It's S.J. here. I hope all of you are doing well!! Went to a new dentist... Good, but not Dr. Orchard :(. Please pass along that the new doc was sent pictures from my iPhone and was quite impressed with the well fitting CEREC. Said he had never seen such a good job done with the milling I had fit!! Miss y'all but unfortunately 1500 miles away in Chas. SC. It's beautiful here and the history is quite impressive. I hope all is well. Thank you again for taking care of my family and I!
My dentist adventure began in December 2010 when I had an appointment with Dr. Robertson for a second opinion after seeing another dentist in town and being told that I had tooth fractures and needed four crowns. It was all a little unbelievable to me, having never been told this before.
I cannot begin to tell you how the “six-week adventure” of initially just having two crowns and it turning into two crowns, a root canal and replacing one of the first crowns was really an excellent one. The professionalism shown by Dr. Orchard, Sallie, Annie (and the entire office staff) during my seven visits was one that I’ll never forget. I am very pleased with the care I received from the multiple telephone calls to the office, the assistants Sally and Annie and Drs. Robertson and Orchard.
I was one who had a lot of anxiety initially when visiting the dentist, which has now been resolved and I know it can be attributed to the calm manner in which Sally and Dr. Orchard approach their work. The teaching done by Dr. Orchard during the dental work was excellent and gave my confidence in the medical professional that had been chosen. Sally’s down-to-earth personality and expertise are an asset to the practice. Telephone calls from Dr. Orchard to see how I was doing and returned calls when I was experiencing pain were very much appreciated, and being fit in to a busy schedule on more than one occasion were true dedication.
Thank you so much for the excellent care you provided. I have already recommended your office to others and will continue to do so.
I was putting off the root canal for months as you can see from the last time I was in your office. I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for your time, patience, kindness, sensitivity and understanding. I think about what you did for me every day and it reminds me that there are still kind people in the world and not all doctors are jerks! (Remember, I work in a hospital.) Anyway, three days went by and I was in so much pain but I trusted like you said, in a few days it would be better…and it was!! I can now sleep easy and cool things do not send shooting and excruciating pain through the side of my face and I don’t have to call a dump truck to come clean out the crater in my tooth every time I eat. I cannot tell you how much you are appreciated.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the level of care, treatment and service provided to me at my last visit. Like all past visits, I was treated warmly and professionally (a not so easy balance to maintain in business). I was especially impressed with Mendy’s and Dr. Orchard’s compassion and thoroughness while examining me and my concern over a long-term headache.
Dr. Orchard urged me to follow up with my physician, which I did that afternoon. He prescribed a stronger dose of antibiotic, (actually, prednisone) and decongestant. With the help of the muscle relaxer prescription, I was able to have my first pain-free night with my family in nearly a week!
I can’t thank you all enough for your care and attention to detail for me and my family.
I will continue to refer friends to Drs. Robertson and Orchard. Together with Mendy, Yvonne and the rest of the staff, you have an impressive, even extraordinary, winning team.
On behalf of my family, I thank you for raising the bar in dental care, prevention and treatment.
Words cannot express my appreciation to you, Sally and your staff for the exceptional care extended to my mother on 4-27-11. Your kindness and concern shown for my mother mean everything to me and I thank you.
Thanks so much for all the years of excellent care. A special thanks to Yvonne and Mindy who always make us feel like family.
I just wanted to thank you for your kind treatment. I appreciate your concern in getting my dental work comfortable. Thanks for all you do.
Just a note to thank you for being such a wonderful dentist – and so full of God-given gifts.
Just a note to let you know how much we are grateful for your generous contribution to Texas Dental Association Smiles Foundation . It is more appreciated than word s can ever express.
L.M. & J.M.
Thank you so much for working me in for a root canal. Your care and patience with me was kind.
I have wanted to write you this note for about six years.
Life goes by so fast I sometimes don’t take the time to say and do the important things.
I lost my husband a year ago to throat cancer. He had seen three doctors in a three-month span. It seemed he only had a sore throat. All three prescribed antibiotics but none of them really examined in his throat.
By the time I looked in his throat his uvula was completely consumed. His tonsils were a disaster and he had a tumor in the soft palate you could see bulging, the cancer (squamous cell) had progressed to stage 4.
I was a dental assistant for 30 of my 55 years. You are the only doctor I worked with that ever did oral cancer exams. Some of the oral surgeons I worked with did check for cancer but not the extensive way you do with your patients.
So please continue with the exams and taking the time for patient care. I just wonder if you might have saved my husband’s life if only you had examined him.
I hope all is going well for you. Take care of yourself.
Sincere thanks for your generous donation to the auction for Fiesta de los Ninos! Your beautiful giclee of “Pez Vela” will be on our bid board.
